"The driver called us as soon we had landed in Heathrow and we agreed that we would be out of the airport in 30 miunutes. The driver was at the exit shortly after the agreed time and delivered us close to our destination - despite problems with a closed road and our destination being a Walk. We were also picked-up at the agreed time, at the rigth place and driven back to Heathrow.
So it was a perfect experience."
